Terms of Service & Betting Participation Agreement at Hitclub

This Terms of Service document is a formal and legally binding agreement between players and the online entertainment platform Hitclub. Accessing, registering an account, and using betting services on the system signifies that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the regulations below.

Legal basis & operational structure

• Licensing Authority: The Hitclub platform is operated by DG Innovations B.V, a legally registered corporate entity subject to the management of the government of Curaçao. All betting activities and payout distributions on the system strictly comply with international licensing organization standards.
• Scope of Application: These Terms of Service apply to all products, games, and services provided on Hitclub’s official website as well as its mobile application.
• Disclaimer of Liability: Hitclub bears no legal responsibility if Members intentionally participate in betting from countries/territories with bans on online gambling. Members are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their place of residence.

Account opening conditions & service provision

To maintain a transparent entertainment environment and protect user rights, Hitclub applies strict Know Your Customer (KYC) standards:

• Legal Age: Members must be 18 years of age or older and possess full legal capacity to participate in real-money betting services. Hitclub reserves the right to request identity documents (ID card/Passport) to verify age at any time.
• Accurate Personal Information: When registering an account, Members commit to providing fully accurate personal information (Full Name, Phone Number, Email) that matches the information on the bank account used for deposits/withdrawals.
• “One Account” Policy: Each individual, IP address, and payment method is allowed to create and use only one unique account on the Hitclub system. Intentionally creating multiple accounts (clones) to abuse promotions or profit unfairly will result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of balances without prior notice.

Deposit & withdrawal regulations

Hitclub commits to processing transactions quickly while adhering to global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules:

• Legitimacy of Funds: Members guarantee that funds deposited into the system are legally obtained. Hitclub strictly prohibits using betting accounts as tools for money laundering or transferring illegal funds.
• Beneficiary Account: Withdrawal requests will only be approved when the recipient’s bank account holder information matches 100% with the real full name registered at Hitclub. The system refuses third-party payments (authorized persons, friends, relatives) in any form.
• Wagering Requirement Conditions: To withdraw money, all deposited funds (and bonus money, if applicable) must fulfill the minimum required number of wagering rounds specified for each campaign before placing a withdrawal request.

Fair-Play & incident handling

Hitclub operates on principles of transparency, utilizing an internationally audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fully random game results.

• Fraud Prohibition: Any use of third-party software (hacking tools, bots), source code manipulation, opposite-side betting, or exploitation of system loopholes to profit unfairly constitutes a severe violation of the Terms of Service. Hitclub reserves the right to freeze accounts and cancel all fraudulent betting slips.
• Disconnection Incidents: If a Member experiences a personal network disconnection while a betting round is in progress, the system will automatically record the final result on the Server. Hitclub does not compensate for damages arising from device or network errors on the Member’s end.
• System Errors/Maintenance: In cases of unscheduled server maintenance or incorrect odds display errors caused by the system, Hitclub reserves the right to cancel or adjust affected betting slips to the correct odds. Members will be notified and refunded their valid stake in these cases.

Intellectual property rights

All content, images, source code, graphics, and brand assets (including images of brand ambassador Luís Figo) on the Hitclub platform are the intellectual property of DG Innovations B.V. Any copying, extraction, or commercial use of Hitclub’s brand assets without prior written consent is considered a legal violation.

Responsible gambling

Online gambling is a form of entertainment, not a method to resolve financial problems.

• Members need to be self-aware in managing their capital and participation time.
• If feeling out of control, Members can exercise their right to Self-Exclusion by contacting Customer Support to request temporary suspension or permanent account closure.

Right to modify & update

Hitclub reserves the right to update and modify the terms of service at any time, which will be publicly announced on the homepage.
